About Me

Welcome! I’m Dr. Smriti, an Art History educator, researcher, and the creator behind the TechnoArt Made Easy learning ecosystem.

My journey into the depths of human creativity began at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), where I earned my PhD. Along the way, I qualified for both the NET and JRF, mastering the rigorous frameworks required to truly understand—and clear—highly competitive exams in the field of Art History, culture, and Aesthetics.

Filling the Gap: Why I Built This Space

During my years in academia, I noticed a distinct and frustrating gap in how Art History is traditionally taught. Textbooks and literature often present the subject as dense, text-heavy walls of information. It is taught as it is, without the visual, intuitive, and engaging approach that art inherently demands.

This leaves students—whether they are high-stakes competitive exam aspirants or general art history lovers—feeling completely overwhelmed, forcing them to piece disjointed eras and philosophies together on their own.

I founded this platform to change that.

“Art is the signature of civilizations, but learning it shouldn’t feel like navigating a maze.”

Through TechnoArt Made Easy, my mission is to break down complex art history into visually presentable, highly structured, and intuitive learning experiences. The “TechnoArt” philosophy is simple: leveraging clean, modern presentation to make intricate historical concepts easy to grasp and impossible to forget.
